Manage equipment reliability and maintenance activities by monitoring equipment performance, analysing maintenance data, identifying failures, coordinating corrective maintenance, and continuously improving preventive maintenance plans to maximise equipment availability and performance.
-
Troubleshoot equipment issues and drive continuous improvement through fault diagnosis, root cause analysis, OEE monitoring, and the implementation of solutions that improve reliability, production capacity, quality, and operational efficiency.
-
Support and develop maintenance processes by maintaining accurate maintenance records, improving first-line maintenance procedures and instructions, and ensuring Production teams have the tools and knowledge required to perform daily maintenance activities.
-
Manage external suppliers and service providers by coordinating repairs, supervising maintenance activities on site, negotiating maintenance contracts and service agreements, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed quality standards.
-
Lead equipment investment and replacement initiatives by researching market developments, evaluating new technologies, preparing business cases and investment proposals, coordinating the installation of new equipment, and ensuring successful implementation in accordance with safety, quality, and operational requirements.
