D365 Service Coordinator
Location: Amsterdam

The team:

The very diverse ERP-services team in the IT & Business Transformation department supports the Business Applications of HCME for the different business units. With 5 persons we support a broad range of applications, mainly by managing the (off-shore) service providers.

The role:

The D365 service coordinator is responsible for the day to day management of D365 services  and for the roadmap of D365 development. The coordinator is the linchpin between the business and outsourced provider(s), ensures a high quality service provision and coordinates timely delivery, continuous improvement and compliance of D365 services to our internal customer and to our dealers.

The responsibilities:
 

  • Daily management of D365 services, managing incidents, changes and releases/upgrades

  • Ensuring tests are performed and all requirements are met for releases and upgrades

  • Supporting plans for improvements in the environment, by describing the roadmap and contributing towards business cases

  • Create templates and make sure documentation, standards and procedures are maintained(functional and technical description, documentation usable and how to use system)

  • Cooperate with other IT personnel, management or service providers to provide solutions


Who are we looking for:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a coordination role and very good knowledge of D365

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).

  • ITEL knowledge

  • Experience working in an enterprise and complex environment with off-shore service provider

  • Result-oriented, analytical and hands-on.
