The team:

You will be part of the HR team consisting of 13 highly motivated colleagues divided in three teams: HR services, HR Planning & Strategy and HR Business Support & Development.


The role:

You are responsible for HR support towards the managers within our Productions & Procurement Division. As a trusted Business Partner, you connect the dots from strategic HR topics to consulting and advice on complex HR related matters.

In your role you act accountable and self-supporting, however do collaborate a lot with our several other HR departments and various other stakeholder within the company.

This is a great role to develop yourself to the next level of professionalism. You report directly to the General Manager Human Resources.

The responsibilities:

  • Business Partnering and stakeholder management (business acumen)

  • Personnel management (internal recruitment processes through for example: promotions and dismissals)

  • HR Analytics

  • HR Alignment and Communication

  • Project leader for HR related projects and implementation of strategic HR plans



Who are we looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (Full professional proficiency)

  • Min 3- 5 year experience in similar role with profound knowledge of Dutch (labour) laws & regulations

  • Strong independent personality  (but also able to reflect on own performance)

  • Ability to make easy and quick relationships with stakeholders (building trust), but also strict when needed 

  • Flexible and “can do” mentality
