The team:

The department consists out of 2 teams, the Rental team and the Used Equipment team, within the Sales and Marketing division. The Rental team is responsible for providing rental solutions to the dealer and its customers where the Used Equipment team is responsible for sourcing and trading used machines. It is a dynamic department with around 12 colleagues from many different cultures.

The role:

As the Rental Manager for the HCME Rental program you will manage and oversee all rental activities within the European dealer network and guide our Rental team (Account Managers and Sales Coordinators) in their daily job. Next to that you will continuously work on the overall rental strategy and its annual growth plans and budgets.

The responsibilities:

  • Assist Dealers in implementing plans to increase competence and profitable Rental Business

  • Forecast, manage and monitor Rental Sales through our dealer network and alternative channels in Europe

  • Further development of department with focus on digital scalability and customer-oriented processes

  • Work closely together with the Remarketing Manager to Roll-out Rental equipment to contribute to young Premium Used machinery

  • Developing new and existing products and rental solutions internally and externally with third parties to support dealers rental initiatives.

  • Report rental equipment market values, market dynamics and dealer sales performance


Who are we looking for:

  • 5+ years of working experience in European rental market environment

  • Financial expertise and knowledge of leasing services and processes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or Management studies

  • Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English language

  • Excellent communication, persuasion and business analysis skills
