Your Mission

The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for coordinating, structuring, and successfully delivering strategic marketing projects within the organization. In this role, he/she acts as the right hand to the Director Marketing & Brand Communication, ensuring alignment, progress, and consistency across key marketing initiatives.
The Marketing Project Manager works in close collaboration with marketing specialists and other stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Lead and coordinate strategic marketing projects from planning through execution and evaluation

  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations

  • Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet agreed objectives 

Brand Name Change (LANDCROS)

  • Coordinate marketing-related activities related to the brand name transition to LANDCROS

  • Align with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and brand implementation

  • Oversee deliverables such as brand assets, communication materials, website updates, and campaign roll-out

  • Safeguard brand consistency throughout the transition

Events

  • Coordinate marketing activities (in collaboration with colleagues from the marketing department) related to corporate events, trade shows, and client-facing initiatives

  • Develop event project plans, timelines, and promotional strategies in collaboration with marketing specialists

  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all event materials

  • Manage cross-functional collaboration to support event positioning, promotion, and post-event follow-up

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as central point of coordination between the Director Marketing & Brand Communication, marketing specialists, and other departments

  • Facilitate alignment meetings and provide structured project updates

  • Ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and deliverables

Strategic & Operational Support

  • Support the Director Marketing & Brand Communication

  • in translating strategic priorities into actionable project plans

  • Contribute to process improvements within the marketing department

  • Maintain oversight of project budgets where applicable.

 

What You Bring

  • 10+ experience in a project management position in a similar environment
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in project management within a marketing environment

  • Experience with brand transitions and event coordination is a strong plus

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities

  • Structured, detail-oriented, and results-driven

  • Able to operate both strategically and hands-on

  • Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment

 

What We Offer

  • Compensation built of a yearly gross salary between 70’000 euros and 104’000 euros (including holiday allowance and based on experience) + a guaranteed bonus (4%)
