Your Mission

To coordinate and synchronize the production sequence within the department to ensure the flow of manufacturing of construction machinery. The Flow Coordinator acts as the critical link between Production Planning, Warehouse and Production sub-departments, identifying production gaps, analyzing sequence deviations, and ensuring targets are met according to HCME standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

  •  Sequence Tracking: Monitor the daily production planning sequence to ensure every unit moves according to the planning within production.
  • Gap Analysis & Mitigation: Identify "gaps" or delays in the flow immediately. Analyze the root causes and implement recovery plans with permanent corrective actions.
  • Factory-Flow Synchronization: Ensure the output of the local flow-unit perfectly matches the input requirements of the next production phase to prevent bottlenecks.
  • Coaching: Identify underperforming areas or individuals and provide real-time coaching to bring them back to target for the operators, team leaders, supervisors and production specialists
  • Real Time Sequence Adjustments: Propose and implement tactical changes to the production plan in consultation with Management when needed as responsible for real time sequence adjustments
  • PDCA Cycle: Apply the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle to every deviation found in the flow to ensure permanent solutions.
  • Data Management: Collaborate closely with the Data Analysis Team to develop, refine, and implement real-time performance tracking tools. Ensure the tracker accurately reflects the physical movement in shop floor.
  • Continuous Improvement: Optimizing the flow coordination tools to participate and develop the transition to fully data driven operations supporting digitally orchestrated smart factory.
  • Improve Productivity: Improve productivity while stabilizing operations and improve the follow of the factory.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher. 

  • 5+ years of experience in a planning, production, or operational environment—preferably within a complex factory setting or distribution centre.

  • Solid Excel skills (intermediate level: data handling, analysis, reports).

  • Ability to work with Power BI (review dashboards, interpret data, support decision-making).

  • Experience working with SAP is a plus.

  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to maintain a helicopter view and understand factory-wide flow.
  • Proactive and solution‑oriented approach, especially in identifying gaps between planning and reality.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with Production, Planning, Supervisors, and Team Leaders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in complex manufacturing environments (any industry: industrial, automotive, food production, etc.) or distribution centres where process flow is key.

  • Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.

  • Multilingual communication skills: English required; Dutch or other European languages a plus.

  • Familiarity with Lean/continuous improvement concepts or project‑management‑type responsibilities.
  • Exposure to real-time sequencing, flow optimization, or operational coaching.

What We Offer

  • Compensation built of a yearly gross salary between 48’000 euros and 65’000 euros (including holiday allowance and based on experience) + a guaranteed bonus (4%)
