The Campaign Manager is responsible for developing, planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that contribute to brand awareness, lead generation, customer activation, and commercial performance. The role acts as a key connector between marketing, sales, digital, branding, and external partners to ensure successful campaign delivery.
A specific focus area of the role is supporting marketing communication and campaign activities related to the brand transition to LANDCROS.
Develop integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline) based on brand strategy, market insights, and commercial objectives
Prepare campaign briefings, objectives, budgets, and timelines
Define target audience segmentation and determine the optimal channel mix (digital, social, email, events, POS, PR)
Ensure campaign planning supports both business priorities and brand transition objectives
Coordinate campaign implementation in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies
Manage creative development including content, visuals, video, copy, and marketing materials
Deploy campaigns across digital platforms such as marketing automation systems, social advertising platforms, and CMS environments
Support communication roll-out related to the LANDCROS brand transition, ensuring consistency in messaging and assets
Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and KPIs (such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and ROI)
Conduct A/B testing and use data insights to optimize campaign effectiveness
Prepare performance reports and present recommendations to stakeholders
Align with sales, product management, CRM, digital, and branding teams to ensure campaigns support business and brand priorities
Manage relationships with external partners such as media agencies, creative agencies, and production suppliers
Provide clear and timely updates on campaign progress, deadlines, and results
Contribute to campaign concept development and storytelling approaches
Support the creation of campaign content including email flows, social posts, landing pages, and presentations
Safeguard brand identity, messaging, and tone of voice across all campaign outputs, with special attention to the LANDCROS brand implementation
The Campaign Manager has leading authority in project form. It concerns the development, implementation and execution of the different projects. The management aspects that need to be monitored are time, information, costs, organization and quality.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
10+ years of experience in campaign marketing, digital marketing, or marketing project management
Experience with marketing automation, social advertising, and/or performance marketing is a strong advantage
Strong project and campaign management skills, from briefing to launch
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data and dashboards
Creative thinking combined with commercial awareness
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, social advertising platforms, CMS systems, and email marketing tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Structured, proactive, and results-oriented working style
Compensation built of a yearly gross salary between 52’000 euros and 80’000 euros (including holiday allowance and based on experience) + a guaranteed bonus (4%)
