As a Rental Support Coordinator, you are responsible for the smooth execution of the day-to-day rental operations.
You ensure that all rental contracts, data and processes are handled accurately and efficiently, supporting the Rental team behind the scenes.
This is a primarily operational and administrative role, with a strong focus on systems, structure and accuracy.
Manage the full rental contract lifecycle (creation, activation, termination)
Ensure all contracts and documentation are accurate and complete
Monitor ongoing contracts and ensure correct processing in systems
Support internal coordination between departments (Finance, Logistics, IT, Parts, Workshops)
Maintain and update rental systems (fleet, contracts, financial data)
Ensure accurate tracking of machine availability and utilization
Support monthly closing activities
Prepare and maintain operational reports
Support internal teams in ensuring smooth rental operations
Ensure all data and documentation is correctly processed and stored
Identify and resolve administrative inconsistencies
MBO+ level, preferably in administration, business or similar
Experience in an administrative or operational role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with systems and data
Good English communication skills (Dutch is a plus)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep structure
Experience in rental, leasing or equipment industry
Knowledge of SAP / S4Hana
Compensation built of a yearly gross salary between 46’000 euros and 64’000 euros (including holiday allowance and based on experience) + a guaranteed bonus (4%)
