Your Mission

As a Rental Support Coordinator, you are responsible for the smooth execution of the day-to-day rental operations.
You ensure that all rental contracts, data and processes are handled accurately and efficiently, supporting the Rental team behind the scenes.
This is a primarily operational and administrative role, with a strong focus on systems, structure and accuracy.

What You’ll Be Doing

Rental Operations

  • Manage the full rental contract lifecycle (creation, activation, termination)

  • Ensure all contracts and documentation are accurate and complete

  • Monitor ongoing contracts and ensure correct processing in systems

  • Support internal coordination between departments (Finance, Logistics, IT, Parts, Workshops)

Administration & Systems

  • Maintain and update rental systems (fleet, contracts, financial data)

  • Ensure accurate tracking of machine availability and utilization

  • Support monthly closing activities

  • Prepare and maintain operational reports

Process Support

  • Support internal teams in ensuring smooth rental operations

  • Ensure all data and documentation is correctly processed and stored

  • Identify and resolve administrative inconsistencies

 

What You Bring

  • MBO+ level, preferably in administration, business or similar

  • Experience in an administrative or operational role

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Comfortable working with systems and data

  • Good English communication skills (Dutch is a plus)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep structure

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in rental, leasing or equipment industry

  • Knowledge of SAP / S4Hana

 

What We Offer

  • Compensation built of a yearly gross salary between 46’000 euros and 64’000 euros (including holiday allowance and based on experience) + a guaranteed bonus (4%)
