During this internship, you will be part of the Mining Product Support team, where you’ll work on real projects and contribute to meaningful improvements.
Supporting the Mining Product Support team in daily technical and operational activities related to large mining equipment.
Assisting with analysis of machine performance, reliability topics, and field feedback from dealers and customers.
Supporting data analysis and preparation of reports related to machine uptime, failures, warranty cases, or product improvements.
Participating in root cause analysis activities and contributing to problem-solving initiatives under guidance of experienced engineers.
Assisting in the preparation and review of technical documentation, presentations, or internal communication materials.
Supporting cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Sales, Service, and Supply Chain teams across Europe and Africa.
Joining team meetings and selected project discussions to gain exposure to real-life product support and customer challenges.
Contributing ideas to improve processes, tools, or ways of working within the Mining Product Support function.

Support ongoing Mining PS activities
Analyse data, create reports, or do research

A dedicated internship supervisor in the team
An Internship Coordinator (HR) who checks in with you twice during your internship

You are a student who is:
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (HBO or WO)
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Comfortable asking questions (we love that!)
Positive, open-minded, and a team player
Able to work in English (Dutch is a bonus but not required)
You must be enrolled at a recognized educational institution
Internship agreement from your school
Availability: 5-6 months / 4-5 days per week
Monthly internship allowance of € 450,- based on a 40 hours workweek.
If you do not have a Dutch student travel product, you will receive €0.23 per km (up to 37.5 km one-way)
If you do have a student travel product, you receive a maximum of €9.20 per workday as travel contribution.
