Your Mission

As the Account Manager Aftersales, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned dealers, managing all aspects of parts sales and service-related matters for Construction Machinery. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver expert aftersales support by advising dealers on strategies to improve their sales performance, service levels and operational efficiency. The ultimate goal is to maximize dealer performance, drive parts sales, and contribute significantly to the overall profitability of HCME.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support Account manager and dealer in setting up yearly budget, explain dealer how HCME target is translated into a dealer specific target

  • Advise the Account manager and Manager Parts Sales both Construction and Mining on how to translate the HCME value chain strategy into a dealer specific strategy

  • Gather and analyse monthly dealer results, investigate discrepancies and follow up targets.

  • Ensure a successful implementation of value chain Parts and Service activities together with the Account manager

  • Advise the dealer regarding the implementation of new HCM(E) programs, initiatives and product groups and share knowledge in close cooperation with the product specialist

  • Guide, support and train the dealers on aftersales tools & programs HCME is offering 

  • Timely and accurate internal and external communication to other departments and dealers

  • Responsible for machine inspections, machine population data and analyses, parts market share analyses, HPP-data (Hitachi Parts Potential)

  • Advise, guide and support dealer on Service operations related topics

  • Support Dealer and Account Manager on dealer maintenance contracts performance.

  • Responsible for delivering a dealer specific financial target to the Account manager and Manager Parts Sales based on sales-, market and dealer analysis

  • Support Account manager and dealer in setting up yearly budget, explain dealer how HCME target is translated into a dealer specific target

  • Responsible to achieve dealer’s parts sales budget in close cooperation with all stakeholders responsible to achieve parts sales targets for assigned dealers set by the Account manager and Manager Parts Sales.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent ability gained through work experience

  • Fluent in English

  • Good time management, ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines

  • Background in logistics and/or supply chain

  • Being driven by results and performance

  • Strong communication and analytical

  • Compensation built of a yearly gross salary between 50’500 euros and 80’000 euros (including holiday allowance and based on experience) + a guaranteed bonus (4%)
