The mission of the department is to serve as a reliable hub for producing and supplying standard and custom solutions for HCME sales channels. You will represent one of the four Flow-units within a production team of approximately 140 direct workers, each unit comprising 20 to 40 employees.
As a key player in the production department, your main goal is to lead and support the manufacturing of construction machinery and components—ensuring output meets HCME’s quality and technical standards, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, environmental responsibility, timeliness, and cost-efficiency.
Leading, coaching, and motivating your team members to perform at their best, while providing clear, constructive feedback to support their growth.
Monitoring performance metrics and taking timely action to address any issues—both corrective and preventive.
Analyzing team and process performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and proposing smart solutions for cost savings and efficiency gains.
Making day-to-day decisions and solving problems within your Flow-unit to keep operations running smoothly.
Tracking key operational KPIs related to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Environmental impact—and ensuring your team stays aligned with targets.
Managing administrative tasks such as hour registration and absenteeism follow-up, keeping your team organized and supported.
Living and promoting HCME’s values, becoming a cultural ambassador who leads by example and inspires others through positive behaviors and attitudes.
A proactive and enthusiastic individual who takes initiative and drives change.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess processes and suggest improvements.
Comfortable working across various organizational levels, from operational to strategic.

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in production.
Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written), with excellent communication and presentation skills.
A can-do attitude and the drive to take ownership of KPIs, turning insights into action plans.
Compensation built of a yearly gross salary between 48’000 euros and 71’000 euros (including holiday allowance and based on experience) + a guaranteed bonus (4%)
