The Team

The diverse ERP-services team in the IT & Business Transformation department supports the Business Applications of HCME for the different business units. With 5 persons we support a broad range of applications.
We manage the external service providers, make sure the business is supported and the systems are developed in line with the enterprise goals. Currently HCME is implementing S/4 (Rise private cloud).

Your Mission

As a SAP coordinator, you will be at the heart of managing the quality of the SAP system. The coordinator makes sure the SAP system supports business operations and disruptions are solved adequately. Together with the service partners, the system is kept in an optimum state.
Together with the IT business partners, the coordinator develops and executes the roadmap and ensures the proper execution of all change requests.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Daily management of SAP, managing incidents, changes and releases/upgrades in close contact with support partner and with the user community

• Ensuring tests are performed and all requirements are met for releases and upgrades

• Supporting plans for improvements in the environment, by contributing to the roadmap and towards business cases

• Create templates and make sure documentation, standards and procedures are maintained

• Set-up user community and maintain contacts with key-users

• Cooperate with other IT personnel, management or service providers to provide solutions

What You Bring

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an equivalent or related role

• Knowledge of SAP solution

• Experience in one of the SAP modules Sales, Finance, Production is a pre

• Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).

• Experience working in an enterprise and complex environment with external service provider is an advantage

• Result-oriented, analytical and hands-on.

• Compensation built of a yearly gross salary between 48’000 euros and 70’000 euros (including holiday allowance and based on experience) + a guaranteed bonus (4%)
