Senior Credit Controller

The team:
Our Credit Control team is a close-knit group of 3–4 professionals who work collaboratively with shared responsibilities. Together, we ensure timely payments and maintain a healthy accounts receivable (AR) position across our international dealer network. We proactively manage insured credit limits and maintain strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders to optimize credit control processes. As a self-steering team, we value initiative, ownership, and a proactive mindset—your ideas and contributions will be recognized and rewarded.
The role:
As a Senior Credit Controller, you’ll play a key role in balancing risk and reward within our customer portfolio. You’ll work hands-on with AR monitoring, customer communication, and credit limit management to ensure smooth order processing and prevent overdue payments. This role involves close collaboration with departments such as Accounting, Legal, Sales, and Order Management to ensure accurate customer data and support seamless sales operations.
The responsibilities:
• Maintain and monitor customer credit limits
• Execute collections based on payment advice
• Perform AR accounting and clear bank transactions
• Participate in regular internal meetings to report on AR positions and credit limits
• Conduct credit checks for new and existing customers
Who are we looking for:
• HBO/WO level education
• A friendly assertive personality
• Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA Credit Management
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in credit management
• Fluent in English and Dutch
