Your Mission

As Order Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of processing and managing customer orders from receipt to delivery. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, helping us deliver excellence in everything from machine performance to customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with the Production planning team to ensure product availability.
  • Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to orders, including invoices, shipping documents, and delivery receipts.
  • Communication with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Address and resolve any order-related issues or customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Generate regular reports on order status, inventory levels, and delivery performance.

What You Bring

  • Minimum MBO diploma (vocational education).
  • 2+ years of experience in order coordination, logistics, or customer service.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer

  • Compensation built of a yearly gross salary between 42’000 euros and 55’000 euros (including holiday allowance and based on experience) + a guaranteed bonus (4%)
  • 27 days of leave + 13 extra collective days of leave (ADV)
