The role:

The marketing automation specialist will increase marketing efficiency and generate more targeted leads, professionalize and improve lead conversion rate and ROI. Perform data analysis to identify activity patterns to increase campaign efficiency for HCME and its dealer network.

The responsibilities:

  • Act as the brand guardian, ensuring all marketing communications and collaterals align with the company's brand guidelines

  • Manage end-to-end automated campaigns, ensuring successful outcomes across multiple markets with high-quality standards

  • Serve as the ambassador for HubSpot, leveraging its capabilities to optimize marketing automation and CRM strategies.

  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to manage production and optimize campaign performance

  • Measure and analyse campaign KPIs to improve lead generation and email strategies

  • Oversee email campaigns, ensuring quality control and optimal send frequency

  • Develop digital marketing tooling and deliver email design, user experience, copywriting, storytelling and good call to actions


Who are we looking for:

  • At least 3 years of experience is similar role

  • Excellent communication skills in English (other European languages is a plus)

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and email marketing

  • Basic design abilities to create engaging content (Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator)

  • Change-driven and proactive, self-starting personality
