The role:

As a International Rental Specialist you are the one to consult when it comes to Rental Solutions. You work in close cooperation with the Rental team and the Sales Account Management team within the Sales & Marketing Division. We have ambitious goals and as a consultant you are at the heart of this growth, both with existing and new partners.

The team:

The department consists out of 2 teams, the Rental team and the Remarketing team, both part of the Sales and Marketing division. The Rental team is responsible for providing rental and finance solutions to the dealer and its customers where the Remarketing team is responsible for selling our used machine inventory. It is a dynamic department with around 12 colleagues from many different cultures and all focusing on the same goals, helping our dealers to perform optimally and get the most out of all possibilities.

The responsibilities:

  • Drive Strategic Rental Growth & Provide Market Leadership: Develop strategies with dealers to achieve rental targets and advise on competitive rental decisions.

  • Serve as Key Rental Contact & Optimize Profitability: Maintain a single-point-of-contact role for strategic rental matters and enhance portfolio profitability.

  • Collaborate on Forecasting, Planning & Reporting: Work with dealers and stakeholders to adjust business plans, and provide regular performance updates.

  • Support Dealer Business Planning & Satisfaction: Develop annual business plans with dealers using the HCME framework, promoting high performance and efficiency.

  • Plan Future Goals & Coordinate Cross-Functionally: Establish annual budgets and rental plans with dealers, ensuring needs are met by coordinating with internal departments.

  • Manage Rental Quotations and Agreements: Follow up on rental quotations to support timely closings.


Who are we looking for:

  • Proven Rental Business Expertise (experience in rental sales management / consultancy or similar role)

  • Industry knowledge: Construction machinery / Heavy machinery / Automotive / other relevant

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch; proficiency in an additional language is highly preferred

  • Strong skills with MS Office, especially for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.

  • A keen focus on customer priorities with a commercial and analytical approach to problem-solving
