Pricing Analyst

The team:

The department is responsible for the overall product success (including pricing) and provides data and insights to Sales Operations, Account Management, Production, Management and the Head Office. With the data and insights, all related parties will check the progress on Price List set up, HCME yearly budget and make strategic decisions.

The role:

Enabling the organization to achieve its operational and strategic goals by means of optimizing the profitability of HCME’s Product Portfolio through insights and recommendations on our Pricing Strategy based on qualitative and quantitative market research.

The responsibilities:

  • Consulting management on pricing for better strategic decision making

  • Develop a system of communication, documentation and review of internal and external comparative pricing data

  • Identify opportunities to optimize sales and profitability through pricing strategies

  • Responsible for tracking marketplace metrics, trends and industry standards

  • Uncovering key market and pricing insights, such as how pricing strategy will affect the consumer, and how it relates to our competitors.

  • Monitor and update commercial List prices.

  • Make sure the deadlines are achieved and the pricing data are processed and uploaded into SAP


Who are we looking for:

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience

  • Good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)

  • Knowledge of SAP, Power BI and advanced Excel features

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
