HR Data Management & Payroll Officer

The team:
The HR team within our company plays a crucial role in managing employee relations, recruitment, and talent development, ensuring a supportive work environment. The HR team is young and dynamic, consisting of around 10 members, fostering an innovative and inclusive culture. What makes this position unique is its pivotal role in transitioning to a more data-driven approach, enhancing decision-making and strategic planning.
The role:
The position will be responsible for compiling, structuring, analyzing, and reporting on HR processes and data to develop insights and conclusions that help streamline HR processes throughout the organization.
The responsibilities:
Preparations of management information and reporting within applicable deadlines.
Reconciliation of data for personnel expenses accounts.
Compile files for collective salary increases like appraisal, CLA.
Delivery of reliable data, both internally and externally (headcount, contact data, various reports at the request of managers / third parties, pension fund and insurance companies).
Guarding the confidentiality of the information.
Giving carefully considered and reliable advice as a subject matter expect for payroll and wage tax purposes.
Who are we looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or Finance related study or equal experience
Ideally 3+ years of experience in similar position
Payroll & labor law knowledge in Netherlands
Advanced Excel skills
Analytical mind, attention to details
Can-do mentality
