(Junior) HR Data Analyst

The team:
The HR team within our company plays a crucial role in managing employee relations, recruitment, and talent development, ensuring a supportive work environment. The HR team is young and dynamic, consisting of around 10 members, fostering an innovative and inclusive culture.
The role:
The position will be responsible for compiling, structuring, analyzing, and reporting on HR processes and data to develop insights and conclusions that help streamline HR processes throughout the organization.
What makes this position unique is its pivotal role in transitioning to a more data-driven approach, enhancing decision-making and strategic planning.
The responsibilities:
Work extensively with data and gather essential insights that drive HR and business administration decisions and present them to the stakeholders
Provide data analysis support for several projects in HR field related to recruitment and selection, labor conditions, career planning, headcount, personnel systems and administration, etc.
Analysis of monthly personnel expenses and balance accounts.
Yearly preparation of budgeting headcount and personnel expenses
Subject matter expert for payroll and wage tax
Forecasting and trend analysis in the organization
Who are we looking for:
Ideally 3+ years of experience in HR Data Management, HR Data Analytics area (we are open for junior profiles with at least 1 year of relevant experience)
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or Finance related studies (or equivalent of relevant experience)
Very good understanding of Dutch labor law and HR Processes
Dutch Payroll knowledge is a huge advantage
Advanced Excel skills
Analytical mind, attention to details
