Manager Aftermarket
Location: La Defense, Paris, Ile-de-France / Hybrid model
The team:
Experienced, lean and results orientated team (under 10 people) which role is to support HCME and HCME`s dealers development in France and the French Overseas Territories.
Our office supports the development of new equipment sales, after market, (after sales, customer and product support) and other activities with a goal to reach strong and sustainable presence on the French market with excellent customers` satisfaction.
The role:
Provide excellent customers` experience
Enhance value chain business and customer satisfaction
Lead a team of 4 experienced professionals
Ensure flawless cooperation with HCME HQ Product Management Dept, After Sales Dept, local dealers and other relevant stakeholders
The responsibilities:
Account Management (dealers’ management)
Budgets/Target/Business Development (aftermarket business)
Product support and Customer Support Management
Team Management
Who are we looking for:
Experienced professional from the construction equipment industry
Technical education (priority), business development education (is a plus)
Excellent bilingual communication is a must (French and English)
Strong presentation & communication skills
